BEIGE

BEIGE

It's all beige
Nothing alive
Not a thing breathing...

I seek for signs
Of life hues...
None catch my eye
I'm reduced to tears...

It was alive.
Breath was teeming...
What might have
Resulted in such
Tragic disappearing?

A whispered
Contempt
Unloving songs sung
A promise made
Never kept.

I question whether
These might be
Why the hues
Of life
Had left?

Beige, is all
I still see.
Even the colors
Of music do not
Appear differently...

Wake up my world
Wake up life
Beige is naught
What it was
Made to be like.

Oh, my sight
When shall your
Desire, you see...?

NAUGHT BUT A PUPPET

NAUGHT BUT A PUPPET

Color me azure
With your words...
They cut through
My soul...

Oh, about this
What  would you know?
Fo you, it is
Something I deserve...

My heart is a
Broken glass...
Fragments of it
Piece the core
Òf my empty soul.

My mind is a
Grey canvas
Every memory taken
Away,, erased!

All that is
Left of me
Are limbs and the such...

Easily desposed of
If you will it...

I realize I am
Naught but a
Puppet
Of your verbally
Abusive strings...!

HEED AND REACT

HEED AND REACT

I hear it
A fourteen year old
Heart beat...

It  is in tune
With a sad
Melancholy
Beating for
The sake of
Just being...

I see them
Fourteen year old
Eyes
Look at the surrounding...
They brim with
Tears
At what is happening!

Untruths being told
And rage been
Given reign to.
Through mankind's
Doings
How the World's
Cloak of seasons
Have cruelly
Been rearranging...

The soul of the
Fourteen year old
Heaves...

If only
Humankind would
Stop
Its greed
In every which way
Its ego it feeds...

The Earth's pain
Would gradually heal
The fourteen year
Old life
Would laugh and
Smile
No longer in hurt
Sigh!

If only
Humanity would
Take heed and
React
Before fourteen
Turns to a
Fossil
A lost memory
In the World's
New breath...!!

THE OYSTER CALLED WORLD L

THE OYSTER CALLED WORLD

I saw them
At me, smile...
Surely they liked
Me, I thought
Let me go
Hangout with them a
While...

Decided, I!

As my wheelchair
I rolled
Fast as can be, filled
Was I
With a sense
Of belonging...

As I neared, I
Saw their smiles
Grow to toothy
Grins and wicked
Laughs!

Why were they
Laughing so?
I wanted to know.

Reading curiosity
On my face
The first said
That though beautiful
I was a physical disgrace...

And then turned away!

The second nodded
Adding that though I
Spoke, my voice
Was a garble of words
And perhaps I couldn't
Even understand or hear...

The second turned
And left
As well!

A frown creased
My brow
Why were they leaving
Hadn't they beckoned
To me
With friendly smiles?
I wondered...

The last remained
Standing a while
Grinning...

Kneeling then spoke
To me
Underlying what already
Was said
Added a thing or two
More...

I was apparently
Beautifully pretty
And intelligently smart
But lack I did
The ability
To capture the walking
Heart...

I was being admired
For my smile
And pretty face alone!

A sad melancholy
Stole over me
As I turned to
The sleepy sun...

A gently wind
Caressed and embraced
Me..
A butterfly kissed
My lips!

I was the beastly beauty
Of a pearl
In the oyster called
World...!

2021, WELCOME ALREADY

2021, WELCOME ALRÈADY

 Dear 2020
It's time to
Say bye bye eesh
And for all you
Have brought me
I confess,I don't love it...

So with you, take it!

2021
You're a year yet
Unborn
And in you, I the world
Place the following
Order...

Love and joy
Success and Beauty unbounded
With freedom to
Smile and laugh unhindered...

365 days
Bring me these
That I caught up
In these, I may forget
What was
And instead
Revel in what is...

Riģht. Off you go
2020
Off of my calendar
Man, you have been
Creepy!

2021
Make me proud
That in you I shall sing
And dance
About knowing you...!

FAIRIES, IN YOU I BELIEVE

FAIRIES, IN YOU I BELIEVE

Sprinkle fairy dust
Over me
That what I wish
In my heart of hearts
Might be real...

For, my wish is
Ever so child like
And true...

Flutter fairy wings
Upon my every breath
That I may
Inhale the goodness alone
Leaving the bad
Aside...

This I believe, is my
Life's right!

Oh fairies
So magically beautiful
Spread your beauty
In these present moments
Of my life...

That the tormenting fog
May change and be
Joyful, pretty and a
Delight to live in...

Fairies, in you I
Truly believe
Let me not down
Rather grant me the
Wishes
I have penned here
In this poetic rhyme...!

WITHIN UNSTEADY ARMS

WITHIN UNSTEADY ARMS

We cradle life
In our
Unsteady arms...
Unsteady from tiredness
From hurt and
Loneliness...

We cradle life and
Watch it grow
Entraced, we wonder
How time
Flows!

With each breath
To life, hope we p
Try to give
Cradling gently
Precariously
As we live...

For the world
Is nasty
Forcing our hand
In doing it's will...

It's tough
Yet we do our best...

We cradle life
Not just the now
Born
But our own
And that of
Our beloved's one...

Life, yes precious life
Stay close to
The heart that loves
And within the
Arms that
Unsteadily cradle you
Yet not once
Letting you l

Fall
Therein remain...!
