WHAT A JOY
She was
Wide awake
A sudden.
It was still
Dark out...
Turning
Onto
Her side
She saw
A giggle
Worthy site.
Rising quietly
She tiptoes
Across the
Room
To where
Her roomie
Now stood.
Clearly he
Was munching
A very
Delicious something...
Upon a
Closer look
She realized
It was
A bamboo
Stick.
Frowning,
She turned
On the
Light.. .
Her cute
Friend
Dropped
Out of sight.
The munching
Continued
For a while
She smiled
As she turned
Off the
Light.
Eat happily
Panda Boo,
She whispered
Softly to
The room.
Crawling
Back
Into bed
She saw
Climb under
The covers
Too.
Snack over,
Panda Boo
Burped
And rolling
Over
Began to
Softly snore.
She smiled
As her
Eyes closed.
What a joy
It had been
Panda Boo
To behold!
