TEA

I made
Myself
A cup
Of tea.
Adding
Two
Spoons
Of sugar,
I sat
To sip
It.
Steam rose
Before
My eyes
Making
Me
Blink.
I placed
The cup
Down
Thinking
I'd let it
Cool!
Just then
A knock
On the
Door
Told me
I had
A
Visitor!
Sure enough
It was
Mt friend
Come to
Say
Hello
.
I offered
Her tea
And she
Accepted
With
A smile
As we
Sat
Catching up
On lost
Whiles...
It was
All so
Nice
So cozy.
Two friends
Connecting
Over
Tea.
And we
Then sipped
It.
Simultaneously
Spitting
It out...
You see
It was
Two
Spoons
Too salty
Oh my
Tea!
